Terms & Conditions

Training sessions will be held during wet and dry weather. Players need to learn to adapt to different playing conditions. If training sessions are cancelled due to excessive weather conditions, player/parent will be notified.

If players are unable to attend training sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (Illness etc.), the academy must be notified prior to the training session.

Payments are to be made to the Pillars Academy. The annual membership fee is R350. The monthly subscriptions are R400 and are increased annually in February. This fee is per calendar month and payable in advance; participation may be withheld if not paid.

The term of the agreement is monthly: hence any termination notice should be given in writing and will be effective from the first day of the following month, for one month henceforth.

Parents/Legal guardian will be required to sign an indemnity form on registration.

I hereby consent to Pillars Academy collecting, storing and processing my/my child's personal information for the purpose of registration, training and communication.
